About us:

Josh

I’ve been fascinated by cryptids and unexplained creatures for as long as I can remember. What started as curiosity turned into a lifelong pursuit of understanding what might really be out there.

I’m a former National Park Ranger with a background in Environmental Science and Wildlife Management, and I’ve spent years in the field as an avid camper, fisherman, and outdoorsman. That experience shapes how I approach this subject—grounded, observant, and rooted in real-world knowledge of animal behavior and wilderness ecosystems.

I don’t approach Sasquatch and other cryptids as fantasy. I approach them as possibilities.

There’s a growing body of eyewitness reports, environmental changes pushing wildlife into new territories, and more people paying attention than ever before. If something is out there, the conditions are lining up for it to finally be discovered.

This site exists to dig deeper.

We’re here to document encounters, explore evidence, connect with researchers and locals, and take a serious look at the unknown. If you’ve seen something—especially in your area—we want to hear about it.

Because the truth isn’t going to uncover itself.

I married into the cryptid craziness—and I wouldn’t have it any other way.

I believe in the possibility of Sasquatch because we discover new species—big and small—all the time. Nature is far more complex than we often give it credit for.

I’ve lived and camped in Pennsylvania my entire life, and it actually took me nearly 18 years to see a wild turkey in person. Not because they weren’t there, but because I simply wasn’t in the right place at the right time. Now I see them all the time. That experience changed how I think about wildlife—and visibility.

People often ask how something like Sasquatch could go unseen, but we rarely see many animals that absolutely do exist—bears, mountain lions, beavers, even box turtles—because most wildlife avoids humans and is incredibly good at staying hidden.

When you look at folklore, cave drawings, and historical travel diaries, stories of “big, unknown, hairy beings” show up again and again across cultures and time periods. That consistency is hard to ignore.

Just because the average person doesn’t see something doesn’t mean it isn’t there.
